Basketball Legends

Basketball Legends is a two-on-two style arcade basketball game that keeps the rules loose and the matches fast. You can run a tournament against the computer or hand a second player the other half of the keyboard, then trade dunks, three-pointers, blocks and shoves until one side pulls ahead. A super shot bar fills as you play and turns into a shot that lands from anywhere on the court, which makes the last thirty seconds of a close match genuinely tense.

This title is best suited to two players sharing a keyboard for quick basketball matches.

1. Choose a team and pick a tournament or a quick match
2. Move with the arrow keys and shoot or dunk with the action keys
3. Block and shove to force turnovers when you are defending
4. Save the super shot bar for a moment when you need points fast

• Arrow keys: Move your player
• Action keys (Z / X): Shoot, dunk, block and shove
• WASD and action keys: Second player controls on the same keyboard

Objectives

• Outscore your opponent before the clock ends
• Win the tournament against the computer
• Land the super shot when the bar is full

The run ends or fails when

• The opposing team leads when time expires

• Arcade basketball with dunks and three-pointers
• Physical defence through blocks and shoves
• A super shot meter that charges during play

• Shove for the ball on defence rather than chasing the shooter
• Take threes when your defender commits to the basket
• Hold the super shot until a two-possession gap needs closing
