Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Welo Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to accept these Terms; a parent or guardian should supervise a minor where required.

What Welo Game provides

Welo Game provides game-discovery pages, independently written editorial guides, category browsing, search, optional local favorites, comment forms, and links or embeds that open third-party browser games.

A guide is intended to help you choose a title. It is not a guarantee that the provider’s current game build, controls, device support, advertising, or availability will remain unchanged.

Permitted use

• Do not use Welo Game or an embedded game in violation of applicable law or a third-party provider’s terms.

Comments and moderation

You are responsible for the comments you submit and must have the right to share them. You retain any rights you hold in your content and grant Welo Game a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, moderate, and remove that content only as needed to operate, protect, and promote the comment feature and relevant game page.

Welo Game may hold a comment for review, reject it, remove it, preserve related moderation evidence, or restrict further submissions when reasonably necessary for safety, spam prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. Comment publication is not guaranteed.

Third-party games, advertising, and links

Playable games, thumbnails, advertisements, and external destinations may be supplied by third parties. Those providers control their own content, availability, purchases, advertisements, data practices, and terms.

A listing, embed, or link does not mean that Welo Game owns, sponsors, endorses, or has a partnership with the third party. Use third-party services at your own discretion and review their terms before making a purchase or providing information.

Intellectual property and rights requests

Welo Game’s original editorial writing, branding, page layouts, and site code are protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party game names, images, software, and trademarks remain associated with their respective owners.

Availability, corrections, and changes

Welo Game may add, schedule, correct, restrict, or remove a listing or feature at any time. Disclaimer
