This Privacy Policy applies to welogame.com, including its catalog, game guides, search, favorites, Cookie Settings, information pages, and comment forms. Welo Game operates these pages; embedded games and linked services are operated by their respective providers.
Information you choose to provide
When you email Welo Game, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or details you choose to include. When you submit a comment, we receive the display name and plain-text comment you enter.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information through email or comments.
Technical and abuse-prevention information
The hosting environment may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referral information, timestamps, and error details to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
For comment protection, Welo Game applies same-origin checks, request-size limits, rate limiting, automated content screening, and a one-way keyed request fingerprint derived from network and browser signals. This internal evidence supports moderation and abuse investigation and is not displayed with a public comment.
Cookies
Welo Game uses essential local storage to keep a versioned record of your Cookie Settings decision and to support security and requested site operation. If you allow Functional storage, the favorites feature can store selected game IDs in your browser. Optional Analytics, Advertising, and Personalization categories are off until an explicit choice permits them where consent is required.
If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or related identifiers to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Welo Game and/or other sites on the Internet. Cookies may also support ad delivery, reporting, frequency control, fraud prevention, and personalization.
Third-Party Advertising
Welo Game is preparing to use Google AdSense after publisher approval. When Google ad code is enabled and the required permission is available, Google and participating advertising partners may place or read cookies, use IP addresses or web beacons, deliver contextual or personalized ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, and detect invalid traffic.
Welo Game does not currently identify another advertising network as active. If the advertising vendor set changes, this policy and the consent configuration will be updated. Personalized Google advertising will not be enabled for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland unless the required Google-certified CMP and IAB TCF integration are in place.
User Choices and Opt-Out
Use Cookie Settings in the footer to accept all optional categories, reject non-essential storage, save individual choices, or withdraw a previous permission. Rejecting optional storage does not block ordinary access to the catalog. You can also remove site data through your browser settings.
Google Ads Settings lets you opt out of personalized advertising from Google. AboutAds offers an industry choice tool for some participating companies. An opt-out may still allow contextual or non-personalized ads that are based on the current page rather than a personalized profile.
Embedded games and external providers
Opening a playable game can connect your browser to GameMonetize or another identified game provider. The provider may receive technical request information and may operate its own cookies, advertisements, analytics, saved progress, or interaction features under its policies. Welo Game does not control third-party storage once a provider’s content is loaded.
External links open services with separate privacy practices. Review the provider’s notice before using optional features or submitting information.
Public comments
Accepted comments may publicly display the submitted name, comment text, server-assigned timestamp, and a randomly selected Welo Game avatar. Commenters are not presented as authenticated or verified users.
Comments may be held, rejected, or removed for spam, abuse, legal concerns, unsafe content, or Terms violations. Contact Welo Game to request review or removal and identify the relevant page and comment.
Retention and security
Support correspondence, moderation records, comments, and abuse-prevention evidence are retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate the feature, respond to requests, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Browser-based favorites and consent records remain on your device until changed or cleared.
Welo Game uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Children, regional rights, and international processing
Welo Game is a general-audience game catalog and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact us about information submitted by a child.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Hosting, advertising, and game providers may process information in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law.
